Shipping

All our handcrafted iron furniture is made to order right here in our Northern California factory. We work very diligently to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, but shipping may take as long as 6 weeks as each item is made to order just for you. At this time, we are only able to ship to the Continental US.

Production time ranges from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on stock and item. Your entire order ships for $170 flat rate. All items are shipped via FedEx freight; transit time is 3-5 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order goes out, including delivery instructions and tracking information. FedEx will call prior to delivery to set up an appointment. We carefully inspect all orders prior to packaging. Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your order and be sure to note any damages to cartons or merchandise before signing for shipment. If for some reason your shipment is damaged, please contact customer service at 1-800-533-9110 and we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you. We are always here to help.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Attention to design and construction is our priority and must meet high expectations before its packaged and shipped.
